It has cloud support, though I've only used it for syncing to a NAS disk attached to my router.
Need simple automatic cloud backup for parents I'm not an expert, but I've been using this free open source tool called FreeFileSync. Then about once every 18-24 months, I'll reformat the external drives and copy the data back over making sure that the external drives are still working. How to back up all this data! I have about 20TB of movies / shows, but don't add that many each month, so I just do a manual backup with a free program called FreeFileSync as I add new media. Were there any errors? Give a try to FreeFileSync to copy (sync) files from the computer to the hard drive. My external hard drive stopped copying after 92 GB.
